Balti(N)A style of curry that is cooked in a pan using the stir-fry technique. Originated in the northwest frontier region of Pakistan.
Madras(G)Fairly hot and spicy dish with onion, ginger and garlic sauce.
Vindaloo(G)A very hot curry in tomatoes, onion, ginger and garlic with diced potatoes in the sauce.
