Everything served at Zari is made in our own kitchens. This includes starters and main courses, but even our ice creams, chutneys and breads are made on site. Loyal to our local roots, our lamb and venison is supplied by Flanagan’s Butchers and our apple juices are from Wobblegate Farm. Our meat is 100% traceable and our vegetables are seasonal and local wherever possible. These trusted food suppliers ensure none of our
ingredients are genetically modified. Opting for fresh ingredients and low-mileage food, Zari is commited to sustainability.
